Intermittent Fasting And Early Eating Help Weight Loss, Study Finds | TODAY
Dr Annette Bosworth convinced me to just do Keto between 8am to 2pm and make sure I get plenty of protein around 2pm. Then I exercise around 6pm and sleep by 8-8:30 (because of the hunger pangs). I am just 1 week into it and am losing more than a pound a day. Hope the hunger subsides.
