If I drank coffee , they would be pulling me off the ceiling 😂. I’m interested in the electrolyte water. Been trying real ketones for the past month and the truth is that I don’t know that they are doing anything for me except helping me with my potassium , magnesium, and sodium needs. I did notice I feel better when I’m taking them but I don’t think it has done anything ketone wise. I’m just not sure . Food looked amazing ❤️
