  1. Your body knows you don’t need muscles so why bother faking it for the sake of looks? Why don’t people just eat to be healthy and live longer and enjoy outdoor and indoor sports and activities.

  2. I hate lifting weights, the most unnatural thing you can do, I hate counting calories the most unnatural thing to do. High protein. One meal a day and move your fat ass body

  3. Intermittent fasting is not about calories. Just because you do intermittent fasting does not mean you have to alter your caloric intake. At least not in 16/8 fasting.

  4. Why don't people list summaries with their videos and let the audience decide i they want to listhen/watch? The 3 tips are- 1. get most of your calories from protein 2. Do as much as resistance training as before you look to cut and 3. Do fasted cardio,

  5. one of the great things about fasting is you don't need to watch calories. you fill yourself with nutrition.
    if you're
you're fasting for 17-20 hours the last thing you do is watch calories.
I've done it without watching calories from 160 kg -117 62% muscles mass 11% body fat
its worked for me I'm 43 fitter, leaner 6 pack things I've never had before.

eat right, train hard and DO NOT WATCH CALORIES.
