  1. Nice video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Dinanlinson Amazing Look Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one off product for learning how to quickly lose weight minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

I have tried fasting for 6 months, fasting 16 hours a day or more, but i eat every day, since Last year, first months was crazy, i lost 5 kg in a month (from 92 to 87) and then my body fucking adapted with it ….. and then i only lose 0,5 – 1kg monthly, then i started to fast more recently, but my stomach started to feel weird…. its not feel healthy as the beginning. Sometimes its feel tiny hurt when im hungry inside (im not sure its because fasting or i did russian twist recently).

    I'm worry guys, should i keep fasting or stop for a while ?

  3. Fasting only burns more muscle for the first day. After that our human growth hormones kick in and we start only living off of about 4% protein and 96% fat. Fasting is very muscle sparing.

  4. YouTube is so full of so many wanna bees.Why does everyone feel like they have to post something about nothing. Well I guess Seinfeld make a fortune from it.

  5. Longer fast 1-3days don't damage your muscles. It happens only if you have very low fat, below 5-10%. Normal person can fast and be active, but must drink weather with sodium + potasium. Check "snake diet".

  6. I ve been trying IF for three days now and I actually feel like I have more energy lately..

    My question is: how late do you eat dinner at the latest? Will you wait or try to weight a certain amount of time between eating dinner and going to bed? Thanks!

  7. Me too! I try to find any negative effects cause I'm kinda afraid to start. Especialy that my granny always tells me I need to eat regularly otherwise I'll get stomach ulcers… I'm lame in anatomy and I dunno if it's just a bullshit to scare kids and make them eat or true…

  8. Ik you fast for 4 day´s and you do have some fat in you body, you will NOT burn a lot of muscle, only just a bit, right before ketosis kicks in. Burning protein is just not how our physiology works. If you are a big athletic guy let´s say 220 lb and you have 10% body fat that is 22 lb of fat. That is 10 kilos 1 kilo = 9000 calories enough for 3000 calories a day for 3 day´s. If you have a 10% of fat you could even lose 3% and still have 7% of body fat. Thus 3 kilos = 27000 calories enough for a healthy sporty 10 day fast.

  9. lol I already do intermittent fasting. I didn't know it was called that. I go to school so I don't eat anything until 3 pm and then I eat until like 9. Although I didn't eat healthy during the time I have to eat so I felt like crap.

  10. I do this fasting even tho I'm skinny asf had huge muscle gains and I'm healthy asf you just gatta tell urself "this is my life now suck it up" and it makes it easy well that's what it does for me
