Hey everyone! showing you 3 healthy breakfast recipes that make the perfect paleo breakfast! Plus, they are low carb, keto friendly and can be made vegan #paleobreakfast #keepupwithliv #healthyrecipes

Breakfast Skillet
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup chopped sweet potato
1/4 cup onion
1 cup kale
1 egg

Grain Free Crepes
1 egg
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup cassava flour
1 tsp vanilla
pinch himalayan salt (optional)

Fill with berries and drizzle with nut butter on top!

Savoury Yogurt Bowl
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
lemon zest (about 1 tsp)
everything bagel seasoning (can also do sea salt)
feel free to do nuts or even add an egg!

  1. Hi liv!😊 I noticed you use almond milk in a lot of your videos and I just thought I’d suggest trying oat milk. It’s much more eco friendly, costs less and personally I like it better…🙃🥛

  3. Can you make some foods where it is only liquid foods. My mom is on a liquid foods right now. it was two days ago she eat steak at a restraunt and had steak stuck in her throat not where the wind pipe is at least. She had to go to the ER they expand her throat to get the steak to go down. Thank you if you make some liquid food. 🙂
