  1. I'm not a bodybuilder but I am vegan and I do work out a lot and I've been getting kinda tired of my food these past few days and this video really helped me out 💪🏼💪🏼

    Edit: I would probably eat the serving size too but with fruit on the side (only one recipe a day bc just for lunch)

  2. My Omni boyfriend asked me to start making him a vegan meal to try each week to replace some of his meat meals. So thank you for this! Crossing my fingers MR PICKY will like the curls ! We both body build, but I'm not picky so I can enjoy a lot more. The switch wasn't too hard for me. Let's see how it goes ! 💚💪🏼

  4. Is it a possibility to get diabetes from eating so many carbs in order to get your protein? I'm kinda worried about that.

    Also, Thank you for showing actual meals because so many "what I eat"videos show like granola for breakfast and pasta for lunch and I'm like dude no, try to lift a weight on that diet you ain't getting shit done. I was raised by two body builders (mom n dad) and they're adament about meat eating but I am experimenting with veganism. I've been vegetarian for about four months now but haven't been working out to test my energy levels in the gym.

  5. QUESTION! On the soy curls (korean bbq) it says 37g of protein but on the package it states about 10g of protein for 3/4 of a cup. How'd you get it so high?! did you just eat 4 serving sizes lol?

  6. Hi Brian 😁 just got a quick question, I'm based in the UK and finding it difficult to find soy curls… Would soy chunks work the same? Also, if you struggle to get your tofu crispy you can press it, cut it and freeze it over night, when you thaw it in the microwave and then oven cook it it ends up super chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside 👌 thank you for your vids, really helpful as a vegan who's trying to convert her boyfriend (it's working) 😂 ✌️
