  1. Hello! Thank you for your dish – it looks delicious! I wanted to ask what average temperature there are in winter? I am thinking of becoming vegan and in my country the average temperature is about 10.4F (-12C). What to do to make it easier through the winter? Thank you again!

  2. you know, since filming this video, I came across the extremely intelligent and articulate Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, who makes the point that the word 'meat' was used originally to distinguish solid food from liquid (i.e. drinks) – so now I have no problem using the word meatball – these are just kidney bean meatballs, not animal flesh meat balls. Also, I'm a little nuts, too – I think that's a good thing 😉

  3. try using a peeled zucchini/courgette as a pasta substitue ..put it through a vegetable spiraller and toss in tiny bit of olive oil ,salt n basil and pour your hot sauce over it….

  4. I have subscribed to your channel. Thank you for your vids…I just wondered if you were nervous or do you really have that high pitched voice for real???

  5. Inform yourself. Go to some of the animal rights groups web sites and watch the videos there. Animals are tortured on a daily basis, all in the name of putting their bodies on your plate.

  6. Roger do not add salt to the soaking beans when you want them smashable.

As a vegan I usually do not make the old ex non vegan food imitations: vegan: 'meatballs', 'cheese', etc.

Add a small amount of salt for low blood pressure.  ~Never over ~2300 mg/day.

  7. not vegan…yet but I am on my way and seriously this recipe along with your others is going to make mine and my families transition so much easier. I am very Italian and our recipes use a ton of ground turkey and or hamburger so I am so so so beyond excited to try and fool my family with the beans! my meatballs are famous throughout my family so I am going to tell them I am trying a new recipe and see how they like them! I'll let u know. it and seriously looking at the thumbnails to your videos has my mouth watering lol

  8. so funny I found this channel again. I went vegetarian 7 years ago and this was the first channel that introduced me to veganism and the first vegan recipe I ever made, I used to make this all the time. 6 years later I'm fully vegan and gotta make this again haha

  9. So I'm just curious what's wrong with her voice? I'm not trying to be mean, just curious cause she always sounds like needs to caught or clear her throat, very scratchy sounding… it actually makes it hard for me to listen to her, sorry.. I'm not being mean..but something is definitely wrong with her voice
